What are your accepted forms of payment?
This store uses secure standard online credit card payments through Stripe.

Are these shipping costs correct?
Our warehouse is located in the UK and we calculate the shipping cost of every individual item we include in the Teeth Magazine shop.

How do you ship your packages?
Orders within the UK are shipped with Royal Mail, and all other orders are shipped standard airmail. 

All shipments are sent untracked. If you would like to add tracking to your shipments, there is an option to add tracking for an additional price within each issue category.

Holy shit. Why is shipping so expensive?!
Unfortunately sending goods by airmail from the UK is pretty expensive, but we always do our best to find the cheapest postage options for all of our products.

How long will it typically take to receive my order?

• Orders within the UK should arrive within 5 working days.
  
• Orders to Europe should arrive within 7-10 working days.
  
• Orders to all other destinations should arrive within 10-14 days.
  
• Sometimes shipping to countries outside Europe can take longer and due to tight customs checks particularly in the USA, shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive. 
  
• Due to Covid-19, please allow an extra week to receive your shipment.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with the condition of your order, please contact [email protected] to discuss a return. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order and items will need to be in perfect condition.
